Do I have to delete Instagram or YouTube?
No. Keep them installed. Stoppe locks them with Screen Time and opens a clean version inside Stoppe instead. You can unlock the original for 2 minutes whenever you need it.
Can I still watch reels my friends send me?
Yes. Anything someone sends you opens normally. What you can't do is swipe to the next one.
Is it safe to log in through Stoppe?
You log in on the official Instagram, YouTube or Snapchat page, with the real address and lock visible. Your password goes straight to them. Stoppe never sees it and never stores it.
Which apps does Stoppe work with?
Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat today, with more on the way. TikTok isn't included: it's all short video, so the honest fix there is not opening it.
What about view-once photos and posting?
A few things only work in the official app, like view-once photos or posting a story. Unlock the app for 2 minutes, do what you need, and it locks again.
How much does it cost?
